Latest and Greatest
The following are a round-up of S60 and UIQ Phones that I'm excited about. Some of these aren't officially shipping yet, whilst others are old stagers that still appeal strongly.
Nokia E90 - Nokia Eseries goes communicator style, yes it's big, but it's also very powerful, looks very sexy in black Nokia N79 - Nokia N95 level specs in a very compact candybar package, you know it makes sense Nokia N85 - the Nokia N95's true successor? Nokia 5630 - Small, cheap, small well-equipped candybar Nokia 5800 - Nokia's first mass-market touch-screen phone, not a direct Apple iPhone competitor, but very interesting in many ways, and bloody cheap Nokia 7710 - look at that screen and lust. Old, slow, and short of software these days, but still, wow! Foma M1000 - Blimey, a Motorola phone that I fancy, again it's old etc, but still it's interesting Sony Ericsson G900 - Sony Ericsson bringing UIQ to the masses? It's got to be more appealing than the leaden P990 Samsung SGH-i450 - "Cheap and cheerful" music phone from Samsung, Samsung are masters at mid-range phones for the masses, this phone ticks all those points and has S60 Samsung SGH-i8510 - Eight Mega-pixels baby, point and shoot! Nokia E71 - it's hard to get too excited by an enterprise device, but this is very capable, file this under "thinking man's totty"
